There are riding stables in the surrounding area where you can board your horses, and we would particularly like to recommend Imke Pacheco’s riding facility. While you relax in comfort at our accommodation.
In addition, guests can experience the excitement of high-class tournaments up close in our adjacent riding hall owned by Paul Schockemöhle and Ullrich Kasselmann – from horse sales to international tournaments and European championships.
Whether it’s a riding vacation, a day trip, or a visit to a tournament – in Ankum, riders can experience nature, equestrian sports, and exciting events in perfect combination.

Exclusive riding vacation with your own horse or pony at Imke Pacheco’s riding facility – relaxation for humans and animals!
The farm is idyllically located in the middle of fields and meadows, right next to the forest, and offers riding vacations and training camps including professional jumping training.
The facility offers everything riders and horses could wish for:
- Secluded location and great riding opportunities
- Bright, spacious stalls
- Beautiful indoor riding arena (22 x 48 m) with ebb and flow system
- Outdoor arena (40 x 60 m), horse walker, lunging circle, paddocks, wash bay, riders’ lounge
- Parking for trailers or trucks
- Bedding and hay as well as use of the entire facility are included in the price. Concentrated feed can be purchased on request.
- 5 days including 2x professional riding lessons (jumping lessons with course also possible) cost €490 per person
A weekend including one professional riding lesson costs €300 per person
Each additional riding lesson costs €60.
Open all year round, no age restrictions. All guests, young and old, beginners or ambitious competition riders, are welcome with their horses!
Accommodation at the See- und Sporthotel or in the Lakeside Apartments is not included in the prices.
