For Lovers and Easter Bunnies – Ankum Events from February through May
On Valentine’s Day, give them a very special surprise. Enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner at our restaurant on Valentine’s Day, including a select bottle of wine. Treat yourself to a truly wonderful experience and enchant your loved one with our culinary delights. The way to someone’s heart really is through their stomach.
Starting in mid-February, it’ll be “Ahoy!” at our events in Ankum, just like every year. Our “Fish Weeks” are back, offering a month of select fish dishes and exquisite seafood creations.
An annual highlight at Easter is the traditional brunch by the lake. The large Easter buffet consists of a generous breakfast buffet as well as a variety of hot dishes, including juice and coffee, soft drinks, wine, and beer. The selection has something for everyone. Be sure to make your reservation in advance, or go ahead and extend your stay to include a short getaway.

From the Ankum Herb Festival to the festive season—Ankum events from May through December
The Ankum Herb Festival has become a truly successful event and is proving to be an exciting attraction in Ankum for the whole family. The day begins with a hearty breakfast buffet featuring a variety of hot dishes, as well as juice and coffee, before you get to explore the many exhibitors showcasing herbs and learn more about them at the information booths. Delicious, creative dishes featuring a variety of herbs, drinks, and children’s entertainment round out the offerings.
From Easter through the end of June, events in Ankum will be all about these delicious stalk vegetables. In a variety of dishes, asparagus takes center stage on the menu. Whether as a soup, served with a rump steak, or the classic way with potatoes and hollandaise sauce—our Asparagus Weeks are an annual highlight of one of the most beautiful seasons of the year.
When the days gradually grow shorter in the second half of the year and the leaves begin to show off their most vibrant colors, that’s when we say: Welcome to the “Wild Weeks” at Restaurant 800 °C. Starting in September, you can enjoy our game goulash, fawn medallions, or our famous game burger. An event in Ankum that loves to show off its “wild” side.
As the year draws to a close, we invite you once again to join us for our Christmas lunch buffet on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. In the center of the festively decorated event hall, a sumptuous lunch buffet awaits you. New Year’s Eve events are very popular. Be sure to make your reservation well in advance.
