Every year, our head chef, Christian Meijer, and his team create unique dishes and unusual combinations using exquisite fish that we select ourselves and approve only after a thorough quality inspection. Next, we’ll move on to the preparation. The result is a culinary journey featuring the sea breeze and high-quality seafood specialties.
For example, treat yourself to a buttery-tender Norwegian fjord salmon steak served with potatoes, arugula, and a saffron sauce, or enjoy a glass of wine with a pan-seared pikeperch fillet served on ratatouille with herb-seasoned potatoes. Or try fish in a whole new way. How about some paper-thin salmon on a tarte flambée with crème fraîche, onions, and spinach leaves?
